Recommended Use

Place a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the brush. Aim the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line and brush using a gentle circular motion on both inside and outside surfaces of teeth. Use a light back and forth motion on chewing surfaces and rinse thoroughly.

Brush daily after waking up, before bedtime and after each meal whenever possible.
